CEIAG Across Sussex: The Provider Perspective

SLN commissioned this research with Work & Learning Opportunities.  It was carried out at the time when new policy changes placed responsibility on schools to deliver CEIAG and external personal guidance without additional funding.

Although undertaken in 2014, many of the report findings remain pertinent, and recommendations echo much of what has been brought into the arena since the Careers Strategy was published, such as tailored one-to-one guidance for all learners, upskilling for staff supporting CEIAG delivery, and the need for buy-in at senior level to support careers education.
